In case of any disruption of service at Wisegrowpay E-Commerce Private Limited’s end while a game is in progress, as determined by and solely at the discretion of wisegrowpay Private Limited, Wisegrowpay E-Commerce Private Limited shall cancel the game and refund your points/cash regardless of the status of the game.
While playing a cash game, you take full responsibility for the risk of internet disconnection or interruption of communication between your computer/mobile/device and the Wisegrowpay E-Commerce Private Limited servers, any lag in or freezing of the game or software, or any other problems attributable to your computer/mobile/device or network.
If there is a disconnection or disruption for a short time in the middle of a game, you shall remain seated at the table and can resume to play once the connection is restored, unless you have been eliminated.
